Orders over £70: Free
Next working day delivery is an additional £4.00 - please add this at the checkout. Orders must be placed before 12 midday, Monday to Friday.

These postage charges are only for mainland UK addresses. If you would like your order delivered elsewhere, and would like us to email you the cost of postage/carriage before we process your order, please mention this in the comment box on the final page of the checkout.
Ordering gifts
If the item you order is a gift, please state this in the comments box at the checkout to ensure that the name you enter at the checkout is the name that appears on your parcel.
Delivery
Depending on the weight and bulk of your order it will be despatched either by post or courier. For in stock items your order will be despatched within 2-3 working days (UK mainland). Where items are delivered direct from the supplier or personalised expected delivery times are indicated in the product descriptions.
If any items are out of stock they will be put on back order and will be despatched to you as soon as stock becomes available - your card will not be charged until then. We will advise you by letter if this is necessary.
For urgent items, next working day delivery is an additional £4.00 - please add this at the checkout. Orders must be placed before 12 midday, Monday to Friday. (No Saturday or Sunday delivery).

Exchanges, Returns and Cancellation
As part of our service we are pleased to exchange garments as often as it takes for you to feel satisfied with the fit - but this is conditional upon goods being returned unworn other than for the purpose of trying them on to check the fit.
We will refund your money without question if goods are returned in their original condition and in original packaging, within 28 days of purchase. Personalised goods, CD's, DVD's and videos can only be returned if faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. We regret that postage, packing and insurance cannot be refunded.
You have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 days. This does not apply to audio/visual recording where the seal has been broken or to personalised goods.
Please complete and return the exchange & returns form included in your order and enclose in your package. Please also retain a certificate of posting from the Post Office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels. Sorry, we do not refund the cost of returns postage, except where the return is a result of our error.
Prices
All prices include VAT where applicable. If by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned.
Promotions and discounts
Please note that if anything is bought from the website using a promotional code, or during a sale period, the postage cost will be calculated on the original full price of the goods ordered, not on the price after the discount has been applied.
Security and Privacy
Your credit/debit card and other details are not stored on the site once your order has been processed. Shopping by credit/debit card on our site is safe, no one has ever been defrauded shopping from this site. Your details are for our use only we NEVER disclose your details to third parties for their own use.
The site needs to use cookies for the shopping basket. The cookie does not collect personal information.
