NCT is a UK-wide charity, supporting new and expectant parents through a network of local branches and national helplines.

The NCT website is full of information on pregnancy, labour, birth, breastfeeding, babycare and toddler development. You will also find details on how to book antenatal and postnatal courses, and where to find a bra fitter if you need one.
The Breastfeeding Line is run by NCT trained breastfeeding counsellors, who will be able to offer support and information if you need it. Call 0870 444 8708.
The Pregnancy and Birth Line is also available, where you can speak to an experienced antenatal teacher who can offer confidential information and support about pregnancy and birth issues for anyone expecting a baby. Call 0870 444 8709.
