What the NCT can do for you
Whether you are pregnant for the first time, a new parent or having another baby, the NCT has something for you.
Who better to help you with the whole upheaval of pregnancy, birth and a new baby than a network of other new parents?
The NCT is a UK-wide charity, supporting new and expectant parents through a network of local branches and national helplines.
To find your nearest branch, you can use the postcode search facility on our website: www.nct.org.uk. You can also call the NCT Enquiry Line on 0870 444 8707.
The NCT website is also full of information on pregnancy, labour, birth, breastfeeding, babycare and toddler development. You will also find details on how to book antenatal and postnatal courses, and where to find a bra fitter if you need one.
The Breastfeeding Line is run by NCT trained volunteer breastfeeding counsellors, who will be able to offer support and information if you need it. Call 0870 444 8708.
The Pregnancy and Birth Line is also available, where you can speak to an experienced antenatal teacher who can offer confidential information and support about pregnancy and birth issues for anyone expecting a baby. Call 0870 444 8709.
NCT services and support are open to everyone. We encourage people to join the charity to help fund our work - supporting other new parents like you. To become a member of the NCT:

NCT Membership costs £39 for the first year and £29 a year thereafter.
